Our vision: Equal rights, freedom, and happiness

The most important thing the Bell County Inclusion Council wants to achieve for the LGBTQ+ and other minority communities is simple: equal rights, freedoms, and a fair shot at the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. We believe every individual in Bell County deserves these fundamental opportunities without discrimination.

Our mission: Building a stronger, inclusive Bell County

The Bell County Inclusion Council is dedicated to strengthening our community through advocacy, education, volunteer service, and community engagement. We are committed to promoting dignity, respect, and opportunity for all people by supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, advocating for minority communities, connecting residents with trusted local resources, fostering mental health awareness, and encouraging meaningful civic participation. Through collaboration, compassion, and service, we strive to build a stronger, more inclusive Bell County where every person is valued, every voice is heard, and every neighbor has the opportunity to thrive.

Why our mission matters: Strengthening our community

A strong community is built when its people work together, support one another, and ensure that no one is left behind. The Bell County Inclusion Council exists because every resident deserves to feel valued, respected, and connected to the community they call home. Our Council serves as a bridge between people, resources, and opportunities. We advocate for LGBTQ+ individuals, minority communities, and others who may experience barriers or underrepresentation, while promoting understanding, education, and mutual respect among all residents. At the same time, we are committed to serving the broader community through volunteerism, civic engagement, public education, and partnerships with local organizations. We believe that strengthening Bell County means investing in its people. By connecting residents with local resources, encouraging community service, and supporting mental health awareness, we address critical problems and build a more equitable future.

"The Bell County Inclusion Council is a beacon of hope, tirelessly working to ensure everyone in our community feels seen, heard, and valued."
